Gestational Carrier Minimum Requirements

  • Be within the ages of 21 – 40 years old
  • Be a U.S. Citizen
  • Have had at least one child of your own
  • BMI must be 18.5 – 31
  • Be drug and alcohol free. Be a non-smoker and live in a smoke-free environment
  • Be willing to follow the doctor’s fertility treatment for the best chance at a successful pregnancy, this includes injectable medications
  • Be willing to undergo a psychological evaluation and background check
  • Be 100% dedicated to the surrogacy process from the beginning to the end
